It's strange twenty six one day the next going on sixty, I have always asked old people, older than me that is! What's it like? I know now it moves quick! I always remember (being in construction) you have two weeks off at Christmas, great!

One thing I do know as I get older I can't stand the cold. It was in November the year 1999 working away from home I phoned my wife and said one thing I would like this Christmas is a holiday somewhere warm. That evening the reply Goa!

Where's that I asked? India! What's the flight time? 10-11 hours! Well that was a shock but I wanted the sun! book it. the biggest concern I had was sitting next to screaming kids for 10-11 hours, but I wanted the sun. The screaming kids I didn't get, but when we arrived the sun and the warmth was all there GREAT! What I didn't expect was the lovely warmth of the local people. Six years later and I still feel the same.

Laxsme1221 is not a member of ATOL or AITO because we work on trust you don't pay up front for anything if there is a problem last minute just drop us a line or phone as soon as you can.

Accommodation comes in all sizes and includes different things, as they are self-catering. There is cooking facilities, fridge, TV, regular cleaning service and bed and towel changes. Some have swimming pools, some with the sea close by, it's just important you tell us what your requirements are.

Average cost £90 per week for accommodation.

The longer you want to stay the better! say three months then laxsme1221 will do it's best to get the cost down.
